In today's urban life, property management companies and "District Services & Community Care Teams (Care Teams)" play an indispensable role, especially when unexpected incidents occur at properties. These two entities can work hand in hand to promptly minimize the impact of such incidents on residents.
For instance, during a recent incident, the Community Care Team in the Central and Western District responded swiftly, collaborating closely with New City Property Management Company Limited, which manages the New City Building, to initiate emergency support efforts. The Care Team distributed emergency supplies, including bread and bottled water, to residents in need, demonstrating their concern for the community. Meanwhile, the property management staff from New City were quickly to arrange for contractors to repair the system systems of electricity, elevators, and water, for ensuring all facilities to be resumed in normal as soon as possible.
“Miss Yeung” Vice President of New City PMD, and the Care Team in the Central and Western District discussed above events. She highlighted that the Care Team provided invaluable support, significantly reducing the inconvenience to be faced by residents and relieving pressure on the property management staff, allowing them to focus on repairing the damaged facilities. This is not only to reflect the professionalism of property management teams but also underscores the spirit of mutual assistance among community.
Furthermore, Mr. Ho, a member of the Central and Western District's Po Chui Care Team, noted that on that day, Care Team members worked closely with property management staff to prioritize the needs of residents, addressing their urgent concerns and making them to be cared in feeling. This collaboration emphasizes the importance of teamwork between property management companies and Care Teams in effectively serving the community.
