The Civil Affairs Office has officially launched the " Pilot Project of Building Management Professional Consultancy Service Scheme" (BM PASS) since February this year, and has appointed "New City Property Management Company" to cooperate with local community groups to assist the "three-no" buildings to form the Incorporated Owners (I.O).

From starting of this project, the team staff have continually taken the concern for target building, include the activities as serving of leaflet with letter, home visit, tea gathering & lecture class as well as setting up floating stop for the purpose of recruiting coordinator with the promotion of forming I.O.  The Pilot Project for "Central and Western District Building Management Professional Consultancy Service Scheme" and the "Eastern District Building Management Professional Consultancy Service Scheme” have been early achieved in the target sequentially.
