On February 2023, "New City Property Management Co Ltd" has been very honorary to be appointed by the Civil Affairs Office to participate in the "Building Management Professional Consulting Service Program" within the Central & Western Districts and the Eastern District, to assist with the resident of "three-no" buildings for setting up its Incorporated Owners (I.O).
