On May 27, 2026, our company jointly organized a specialized training session called the "Community Emergency Pioneer Program" with the Fire Services Department, and all on-duty staff actively participated. This training focused on property management practices and was taught by fire safety professionals. The content included key topics such as fire safety management, emergency response to incidents, personnel evacuation guidance, basic first aid, prevention of safety hazards, and on-site communication and coordination.
The course emphasized a combination of theory and practical simulation exercises, conducting intensive training for various risk scenarios in building operations. This effectively enhanced the team's emergency response speed, risk prevention and control capabilities, and overall service level. The professionally co-developed training format further solidified the foundation of workplace safety.
In the future, all staff will apply what they have learned, take responsibility in their roles, transform training outcomes into practical work results, continue to safeguard community safety, and return the trust of the property owners with rigorous and professional services, thereby jointly building a stable and harmonious living environment.
